$35.72 to $43.45 per hour + salary packaging & super | Physiotherapist Grade 1 – Ballarat
Fixed Term Full Time – 80 hours per fortnight with monthly ADO
About the Role
This Grade 1 Physiotherapist role is designed to support new graduates to build confidence, capability and clinical breadth. You’ll rotate through key clinical areas, receive structured supervision, and be supported by experienced clinicians who invest in your development.
This role offers hands on learning, early responsibility and strong team connection within a regional health service.
Core duties
• Deliver safe, evidence-based physiotherapy care
• Rotate across acute, subacute and community settings
• Work within multidisciplinary teams
• Build clinical skills with structured supervision
• Contribute to quality care and service improvement
Key Responsibilities
• Assess and treat patients across varied clinical streams
• Plan and deliver individualised care programs
• Document care clearly and accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in supervision and learning activities
• Contribute to service quality and safety
Skills & Experience
• Physiotherapy qualification
• AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
• Interest in rural and regional health
• Team-focused approach to care
• Commitment to learning and improvement
