Location: Grampians Health Ballarat
Are you a passionate and experienced physiotherapist looking to make a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults? Grampians Health Ballarat are seeking a dedicated Senior Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality physiotherapy services across residential aged care settings.
In addition to clinical care, the role includes leadership responsibilities such as supervision, coordination of professional development, and service development to ensure contemporary clinical excellence across our residential aged care services.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and equipment recommendations.
- Lead falls prevention initiatives and contribute to risk management strategies.
- Support and mentor junior physiotherapy staff and students.
- In collaboration with the Grade 3, lead service development initiatives including evaluation, clinical governance, and quality improvement.
- Communicate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and management levels
