Permanent Part-Time | 48 hours per fortnight | Starting December 2025 (flexible start date available)
$52.70-$60.21 per hour + salary packaging!
About the Role
This newly established Grade 3 Senior Physiotherapy role offers advanced clinical leadership in physiotherapy within residential aged care. You will provide expert assessment and intervention to support resident mobility and independence, mentor junior staff, and contribute to service development.
Collaborating closely with the Deputy Clinical Manager, you will foster team excellence, lead professional development, and represent the discipline in key forums. This role also includes teaching and supervising students and may involve working across multiple locations within Grampians Health Ballarat.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy care across aged care
- Develop and review treatment plans with a client-centred focus
- Lead falls prevention and equipment recommendations
- Support and supervise junior staff and students
- Contribute to service development and clinical governance
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Skills & Experience
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Strong clinical skills in aged care and rehabilitation
- Ability to lead, mentor and support staff
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to continuous improvement and best practice
