Redevelopment FFE Manager

About the role
Be part of Ballarat’s largest-ever infrastructure project and help shape the future of regional healthcare. As the Redevelopment FFE Manager, you’ll take ownership of the end‑to‑end equipment lifecycle—procurement through commissioning, working closely with clinicians, builders and consultants to ensure safe, seamless delivery. This role offers autonomy, influence and exposure to a major tertiary‑level redevelopment. This is a Permanent Full Time position, 40 hours per week with a monthly ADO and an hourly rate of $55.91 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement, contracts and tender evaluations for equipment
- Deliver FFE schedules covering delivery, commissioning and handover
- Coordinate commissioning, witness testing and safety compliance
- Manage logistics, asset data, warranties and documentation
- Partner with clinicians, consultants and the builder
- Report progress, risks and issues to governance forums
Skills & Experience
- Qualification in health, clinical field or project management
- Experience managing FFE or clinical equipment delivery
- Ability to read plans and services documentation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and written communication
- High‑level organisation and task prioritisation skills
