Redevelopment Project Officer

About the Role
With 2 roles to fill, you can be part of Ballarat’s largest‑ever infrastructure project and support the delivery of a major hospital redevelopment. As a Project Officer, you’ll contribute to the planning and execution of fittings, furniture and equipment (FFE) and supporting the team to meet the needs of the project throughout its lifecycle. This role offers broad project exposure, collaboration with diverse stakeholders and the opportunity to build capability in complex healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project delivery across planning, procurement and execution
- Coordinate FFE, signage and related project workstreams
- Monitor progress, risks, budget and stakeholder outcomes
- Assist contract management and procurement activities
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
Skills & Experience
- Qualification in construction, engineering or project management
- Experience supporting infrastructure or capital projects
- Strong organisation and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and timelines
- Understanding of compliance, standards and project processes
