About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead a six‑month ERP gap analysis initiative. The role will document current‑state processes within the existing ERP environment and define future‑state requirements to support the selection of a potential replacement platform. Working closely with Finance, Procurement and operational stakeholders, the role will facilitate business‑wide workshops, identify functional and process gaps, and produce high‑quality documentation to inform strategic ERP decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse, document, and validate complex business requirements across finance, procurement, and operations
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications to support ERP evaluation and selection
  • Document current and future state end to end business processes and identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Produce structured gap analysis and high-quality documentation to support strategic decision making
  • Engage and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders through workshops and structured discussions
  • Manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate, high-quality outputs to tight deadlines

 

Skills & Experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (or equivalent experience) with 3–5 years’ professional experience in a Business Analyst role
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations or gap analysis across major platforms (e.g. Oracle, Dynamics 365, Epicor)
  • Background as a Business Analyst within large‑scale transformation programs, from discovery through delivery
  • Demonstrated experience conducting structured gap and process analysis to support business and system improvements
  • Strong ability to bridge communication between technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Proven experience mapping end‑to‑end business processes in complex operational environments
