Permanent Full Time | 40 hours per week with a monthly ADO (Part Time applicants considered)
About the Role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Senior Clinical Pharmacist to lead and deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services within our Mental Health and Wellbeing Service. This is an exciting opportunity to combine advanced clinical expertise with leadership, education and training in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Core Duties
- Provide advanced clinical pharmacy care to mental health services inpatient units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, patient focused care
- Lead, mentor and upskill a dedicated team of clinical pharmacists and technicians
- Drive service development, quality improvement and innovation for mental health pharmacy service
Skills & Experience
- AHPRA registered pharmacist
- Advanced clinical pharmacy capability
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Skilled in supervision, mentoring and team leadership
- Postgraduate clinical pharmacy qualification or ANZCAP credentialing desirable
