Full Time Fixed Term until July 2027 | 40 hours per week including a monthly ADO
About the Role
An exciting fixed-term opportunity exists for a Senior Mental Health Clinician to lead and support delivery of the Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response (EIPSR) Program across Grampians Mental Health and Wellbeing Service and partner agencies. This senior role offers autonomy, service development responsibility, and the opportunity to influence system change while improving outcomes for adults living with severe mental illness who are not yet accessing NDIS supports.
• Lead implementation of the EIPSR program across services
• Support early intervention and recovery-focused care
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Guide referrals, assessments and care pathways
• Contribute to service improvement and evaluation
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and coordinate the EIPSR program service-wide
• Identify and assess consumers suitable for EIPSR and/or NDIS
• Support referrals, evidence gathering and brief care coordination
• Provide consultation and education to clinical staff
• Build partnerships with EIPSR providers and stakeholders
• Monitor KPIs, evaluation data and reporting requirements
Skills & Experience
• OT, Social Worker, RPN or Clinical Psychologist registration
• Strong background in adult mental health care
• Knowledge of psychosocial recovery and service systems
• Experience in interagency collaboration and consultation
• Current Working with Children’s Check
