Senior Pharmacist (Team Leader) -  Ballarat Regional Intergrated Cancer Centre (BRICC) Pharmacy
Fixed Term Parental leave cover until April 2027. 
Full Time | 40 hours per week with a monthly ADO (Part Time applicants considered)
 
About the Role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and passionate senior clinical pharmacist to provide team leadership and deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services within our Integrated Cancer Service. This is an exciting opportunity to combine advanced clinical expertise with leadership, education and training in a dynamic and supportive environment.
 
Core Duties
  • Provide advanced clinical pharmacy care to Cancer patients receiving Day Unit treatment
  • Lead and co-ordinate the day to day workflow in the BRICC Pharmacy and other Grampians Health Sites as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, patient focused care
  • Lead, mentor and upskill a dedicated team of clinical pharmacists and technicians
  • Drive service development, quality improvement and innovation for the Cancer pharmacy service
 
Skills & Experience
  • AHPRA registered pharmacist
  • Advanced clinical pharmacy capability
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Skilled in supervision, mentoring and team leadership
  • Previous Oncology Experience desirable
  • Minimum 3 years post registration experience
  • Postgraduate clinical pharmacy qualification or ANZCAP credentialing desirable
