About the Role

Join our team as the SharePoint (M365) Administration Officer, where you’ll provide technical support and administrative expertise across a range of Microsoft 365 products. In this role, you’ll support users, maintain systems, streamline workflows, and contribute to ongoing process improvements as we move toward a more integrated and efficient use of M365 across the organisation. You’ll play a key part in driving smarter technology use to enhance business processes and help Grampians Health deliver exceptional care through innovative digital solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist end-users with functional issues or questions regarding M365 products like MS Teams, SharePoint, Bookings and MS Planner.
  • Provide support for M365 application systems and user administration.
  • Help with intranet and SharePoint content updates and bug resolution.
  • Support SharePoint development to ensure it provides an intuitive portal for staff and integrates smoothly with other systems.
  • Collaborate with the SharePoint Team and stakeholders to enhance M365 services, document processes, and drive workflow improvements.
  • Provide training to end users, record work in ITSM tools, and collaborate with IT teams for improved troubleshooting and issue resolution.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven experience supporting M365 applications, including MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Forms, Planner, and Calendaring.
  • Strong understanding of document/file management, metadata, and data structures.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and familiarity with the ITIL framework.
