About the Role
Grampians Health is seeking an early-career Speech Pathologist to join our supportive paediatric team. You will develop skills across acute and community programs while receiving strong supervision, career development and professional support. This role offers diverse clinical experience, a positive team culture and the chance to make a meaningful impact in our regional communities.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide assessment and intervention for paediatric clients across acute and community programs
• Deliver client-centred care and communicate clearly with families, carers and teams
• Prioritise caseload and manage workflow in line with program needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and data to GH standards
• Participate in supervision, clinical education and quality improvement activities
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to support holistic care

 

Skills & Experience
• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Eligible for registration with Speech Pathology Australia
• Clear communicator with strong teamwork skills
• Able to organise workload and manage competing demands
• Commitment to ongoing learning and reflective practice
