$52.70 - $60.21 per hour + salary packaging | Senior Speech Pathologist Grade 3
40 hours per week including a monthly ADO (Fixed Term Full Time, 6 months)
About the Role
Join Grampians Health as a Grade 3 Senior Speech Pathologist and play a key role in delivering advanced speech pathology services across acute inpatient and outpatient settings. Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will manage complex communication and swallowing disorders while contributing to leadership, service development, supervision, research and advanced clinical practice. This role offers the opportunity to further develop expertise in VFSS, FEES, tracheostomy and laryngectomy management, supported by an experienced Grade 4 Clinical Lead.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver advanced assessment and intervention for adult patients

Manage complex swallowing and communication disorders

Provide supervision and support to junior clinicians and students

Lead quality improvement, service development and research activities

Contribute to multidisciplinary care planning and case conferences

Support Speech Pathology leadership and departmental initiatives
Skills & Experience
-
Eligible for practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia

Experience in adult acute speech pathology services

Advanced skills in dysphagia and communication management

Current Victorian Driver Licence

Ability to supervise, mentor and support clinical teams
