About the Role
This is a hands-on, high-volume recruitment role where you’ll partner closely with leaders to attract and secure top talent across multiple streams.
You’ll play a key role in:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across high-volume portfolios
- Partnering with hiring managers to deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes
- Driving proactive sourcing strategies using platforms like SEEK and LinkedIn Talent Solutions
- Ensuring recruitment processes are fair, compliant, and aligned with Enterprise Agreements
- Delivering a positive, values-driven candidate experience
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and recruitment efficiency
What you'll bring
- Experience in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
