About the Role

This is a hands-on, high-volume recruitment role where you’ll partner closely with leaders to attract and secure top talent across multiple streams.

You’ll play a key role in:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across high-volume portfolios
• Partnering with hiring managers to deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes
• Driving proactive sourcing strategies using platforms like SEEK and LinkedIn Talent Solutions
• Ensuring recruitment processes are fair, compliant, and aligned with Enterprise Agreements
• Delivering a positive, values-driven candidate experience
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and recruitment efficiency

What you'll bring
