About the role 
Maternity Outpatients is located off-site at 1011 Mair St Ballarat and provides antenatal care, domiciliary care and childbirth education classes.  Maternity Outpatients operates 7 days a week – a small component of weekend work is required. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Scheduling appointments, billing and contacts for each appointment 

  • Adding referrals and closing referrals at the completion of care 

  • Working within a multi-disciplinary team  

  • Engage and communicate with all members of the Maternity Outpatients team and allied health clinicians 

  

Skills and experience 

  • Reception experience recommended with a focus on excellent customer service 

  • full training will be provided to the successful applicant
