Parental Leave cover 12 months until May 2027 | Full Time 80 hours including a monthly ADO
$32.62 per hour + salary packaging + super

We’re searching for a Meaningful Life Coordinator who brings creativity, leadership and heart to our Care Community—someone who knows that meaningful moments make meaningful lives.
About the Role
As our Meaningful Life Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind engaging, person-centred experiences that enrich residents’ quality of life. You’ll design and deliver activities that nurture holistic wellbeing, celebrate individuality and support residents to live life their way.
You’ll work closely with residents, families, team members and the wider community to create experiences that are joyful, purposeful and deeply meaningful—while also leading a passionate team who share your vision.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing, coordinating and delivering innovative, person-centred activities aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Getting to know residents—their stories, preferences and goals—and tailoring experiences to match
- Coordinating resident assessments, care plans, iCare profiles and documentation
- Leading, mentoring and supporting the Meaningful Life team, volunteers and students
- Running engaging team meetings, supporting performance, recruitment and development
- Collaborating with residents, families and the care team—and sharing outcomes in meetings and reports
About You
- A Certificate III or IV in Dementia Care, Leisure & Health, Aged Care, Leadership—or relevant experience (or willingness to obtain)
- A genuine passion for helping older people live purposeful, joyful lives
- Experience delivering creative programs and events that promote independence and community connection
- Strong leadership skills—you motivate, organise and inspire others
- Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills
- An understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and dementia care
- Computer confidence - experience with iCare is a bonus
