About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of operational support services at our Dimboola campus.
In this role, you will oversee food and environmental services, leading a small team while ensuring the smooth day-to-day delivery of essential non-clinical operations. You will coordinate rosters and manage HR processes through Optima, maintain supply levels, and oversee procurement activities to support service continuity.
Working closely with leaders at the Horsham campus, you will help ensure a consistent, compliant, and high-quality service model across sites.
This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your leadership and operational management skills in a supportive environment, while making a meaningful contribution to the delivery of vital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead Food & Environmental Services staff
- Manage rosters, timesheets, HR and recruitment tasks
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety, OH&S and accreditation
- Oversee stock, maintenance, and procurement operations
- Assist with fire safety and emergency procedures
- Support the Campus Manager in non-clinical operations
Skills & Experience
- Experience in support services or team leadership roles
- Strong admin, time management and IT systems skills
- Clear communication and excellent attention to detail
- Customer service focus with solid interpersonal skills
- Current driver’s licence (essential)
