District Nurse Level 2.1 (YQ1) to District Nurse Level 2 (YU1) depending on experience!

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and deliver evidence-based nursing care
• Coordinate care with consumers, carers and teams
• Respond to changing clinical needs and priorities
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Uphold infection control and safety standards
• Participate in quality improvement activities

 

Skills & Experience

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Advanced clinical skills in community or acute care
• Strong assessment and care planning capability
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
