About the Role
Join the leadership team at Kurrajong Lodge and play a key role in delivering exceptional, person-centred aged care. Working alongside the Nurse Unit Manager, you'll provide clinical leadership, coordinate daily operations and support a positive team culture while ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate clinical care across each shift.
- Support and deputise for the Nurse Unit Manager.
- Mentor, coach and support nursing staff.
- Coordinate staffing and clinical resources.
- Drive quality improvement and Aged Care Standards compliance.
- Partner with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team.
Skills & Experience
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated clinical leadership in aged care or similar.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028. The classification is Associate Nurse Unit Manager (YW11 – YW12) which ranges from $60.94 - $62.99 per hour.
