About the Role
As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the smooth running of our medical practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and managing check‑in/check‑out processes
- Answering phones, booking appointments, and managing clinician schedules
- Processing referrals, recalls, and patient documentation
- Handling payments and Medicare claims
- Supporting clinicians and nursing staff with administrative tasks
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and a professional, welcoming environment
- Other administration duties as required
Skills & Experience
- Warm, professional, and patient‑focused
- Confident working in a fast‑paced environment
- Tech‑savvy with strong computer and typing skills
- Organised, reliable, and able to multitask
- A team player with excellent communication skills
