Hours negotiable with a minimum of 22.08 (up to 80 hours per fortnight with ADO)

About the role

Join Victoria’s only dedicated cancer service improvement network and help shape better cancer care across the Grampians region. As Service Improvement Facilitator, you’ll lead and support projects aligned to the Victorian Cancer Plan, working collaboratively across health services to improve access, quality and care closer to home.

This role suits someone who enjoys project work, system improvement and collaboration, and who values flexible working arrangements while contributing to meaningful, statewide cancer initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and support cancer service improvement projects
  • Use data to identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate initiatives aligned to state and regional priorities
  • Build strong partnerships across the cancer system
  • Support delivery of the GICS work plan with a collaborative team

 

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in health, public health or related field
  • Project management or program coordination experience
  • Knowledge of specialist cancer services in Victoria
  • Strong quality improvement and change capability
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
