About the Role
We are seeking an experienced delivery driver to join our Support Services team at Grampians Health Horsham! Reporting to the Food Services Manager, this role is responsible for the delivery of meals and catering to patients and clients of our Horsham and Dimboola campuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain required documentation, including product quantities stored in vans and meal delivery temperature records.
- Follow effective workflows and cleaning schedules.
- Deliver food and beverages as per documented work schedules.
- Clean dishes, kitchen equipment, utensils, plant, equipment and accessories.
- Request supplies in a timely manner and maintain adequate cleaning supplies.
- Maintain records and associated documents as directed.
Skills & Experience
- Current driver's licence with excellent trailer backing skills
- Experience in a similar role.
- Ability to manage and organise own time to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and cleanliness standards, including HACCP.
- Experience with cleaning procedures and cleaning products in a kitchen environment.
- Food Handlers Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
