About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to take ownership of the full data lifecycle for key statutory datasets. In this role, you’ll ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with Department of Health requirements, while also managing smaller datasets and providing seamless coverage when needed. You’ll play a critical part in maintaining high-quality data standards and supporting informed decision-making across the organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake data extraction, cleansing, submission, reconciliation cycle for dataset, ensuring Department of Health and internal reporting timelines and requirements are met.
  • Maintain quality control and reconciliation measures
  • Liaise with staff involved in front end data collection to ensure understanding of data and data integrity requirements.
  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise in matters pertaining to the statutory data collections as required.
  • Work with internal service providers and DH to set up capture and reporting structures for new services.

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualified and experienced Health Information Manager or experienced Data Manager.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, organisational skills.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
