Occupational Therapist - Grade 2

$45.66 to $52.49 per hour + salary packaging | Occupational Therapist Grade 2 Horsham

Permanent Part Time | 16 hours per week/2 x days

About the Role

An opportunity exists for an experienced Occupational Therapist. Be part of a supportive and collaborative team focused on innovation and care while delivering quality services, leading and supervising others, contributing to education and quality projects, growing your skills through structured supervision and career mapping, and accessing generous professional development support.

This role is intergrated into the HARP (Hospital Admission Risk Program). The HARP service plays a key role in supporting individuals with chronic and complex conditions to remain well in the community and avoid avoidable hospital presentations and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based Occupational Therapy services
• Support and supervise Grade 1 staff and students
• Contribute to quality improvement
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Participate in ongoing learning and service development

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification 

• Current AHPRA registration

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to continuous learning and clinical excellence

• Current Victorian Driver's Licence

• Interest in rural and regional healthcare
