About the Role

Join our Community Options team as the welcoming face of our service. In this vital front-line role, you’ll provide reception and administrative support, ensuring smooth communication between clients, carers, and service providers.

  • Provide high-quality customer service and reception support
  • Assist with administrative tasks for the team and Manager
  • Maintain accurate records, filing, and data entry
  • Support smooth daily operations and team communication

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly and professional reception and phone service
  • Manage emails, invoices, mail, and office supplies
  • Assist with meeting agendas, minutes, and room bookings
  • Complete client file closures and maintain documentation
  • Support Admin/Accounts Assistant and provide leave relief as required
  • Contribute to team events, marketing, and communications

 

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office (training provided in other systems)
  • Previous experience in reception or clerical role
  • Strong organisation, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Desirable: Knowledge of ARM/Epicor, DC2Vue, iPM, or Bossnet, and prior experience in the health sector.
