Grampians Health is seeking motivated RN Grade 2 Emergency Nurses to join our dedicated Emergency Department team in Horsham. You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians in a fast‑paced environment where your clinical judgement, autonomy and teamwork truly matter.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will:
- Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred emergency care across a broad case‑mix
- Work within a 24/7 rotating roster including weekends and nights
- Apply sound clinical assessment and decision‑making skills in acute situations
- Collaborate within a strong multidisciplinary team
- Be supported to maintain and advance emergency‑specific competencies
What We’re Looking For
You will bring:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse
- Extensive experience, as a Division 1 Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated experience in Emergency Department settings, including:
- Triage and clinical prioritisation
- Resuscitation and critical care management
- Care of ventilated and high‑acuity patients
- Postgraduate Certificate/Diploma in Emergency or Acute Care (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning and time‑management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment
- Confidence using clinical information systems and technology

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028. The classification is Registered Nurse Grade 2 (YP2 - YP9) which ranges from $42.60 - $54.40 per hour.
