Grampians Health is seeking an experienced and values-driven Site Director / Director of Nursing to provide strategic, operational and professional leadership at our Horsham campus. This is a significant leadership opportunity for a senior nursing leader who is passionate about delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care, strengthening workforce capability, and leading service excellence across a regional health setting. Working closely with the General Manager Hospital Services, Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer, Directors and campus leaders, the successful candidate will drive clinical governance, support contemporary models of care, foster innovation and collaboration, and build a strong culture of accountability, professionalism and continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on local communities while contributing to the broader strategic direction of Grampians Health.
About the Role
This role leads hospital services at campus level, with accountability for safe, high-quality and person-centred care. It combines site leadership, nursing leadership and operational oversight, with strong ownership of clinical governance, workforce capability and service performance. Working closely with senior leaders, the role helps shape local delivery in line with Grampians Health priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day campus operations and site leadership
- Champion clinical governance, quality, safety and risk
- Support nursing leadership, workforce planning and culture
- Align service delivery with strategy and care models
- Build strong partnerships across teams and stakeholders
- Act as the key escalation point for site matters
Skills & Experience
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Extensive experience in senior nursing leadership
