About the Role
Grampians Health Stawell has an urgent care centre, acute ward and operating theatre which is supported by administration officers. We provide a wide range of services including perioperative, emergency, acute, aged care and general admissions. We are seeking applications for an administration officer to join our team at Grampians Health Stawell working across the areas outlined above.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to work in all areas of administration
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
- Self -motivated with a positive attitude and attention to detail
- Proven computer literacy and customer service experience
Skills & Experience
Applicants with previous medical administration employment is desirable
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to escalate concerns
- Proven ability to problem solve and prioritise workload
- Previous knowledge of Microsoft Office, Opal, patient management systems favourable but not essential
