About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Environmental Services Assistants to join the team at our Stawell Campus! Work with a team of multi-skilled staff across the main hospital and residential aged care facilities, completing cleaning, laundry, and other duties as required. This position is made up of varying hours which include day shift, afternoons and evening, including weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning including mopping, vacuuming, spot cleaning & dusting
- Laundry duties
- Accommodation cleaning
- Ordering supplies (when required)
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience with the following is desirable – cleaning, customer service and teamwork
- Food Handling Certificate (Follow Basic Food Safety Practices - HLTFSE001)
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team
- The ability to work with limited supervision
