About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Food and Domestic Services Assistants to join our casual pool. These positions provide backfill support for annual, sick and other leave, working across our kitchen, Care Community and Support Services team.
As part of the Grampians Health Stawell Support Services Department, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, efficient and high-quality cleaning and catering services to patients, residents, clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, plate, and deliver meals and beverages in line with scheduled duties.

Clean dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and general accessories as required.

Maintain accurate records and complete associated documentation as directed.

Work collaboratively with team members and assist with shared duties as required.

Rotation and coverage of rostered shifts across 7 days within the Support Services Department.
Skills & Experience
-
Strong work ethic with good communication skills and a positive, approachable manner.

Effective time management skills, with previous experience in a similar role desirable.

Commitment to the mission, philosophy, and values of Grampians Health Stawell.

Relevant qualifications in Food Safety and Cleaning Standards, or equivalent experience, with the ability to learn and apply these skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in processing and recording information.

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team approach, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people.
