Permanent Full Time – 76 hours per fortnight
About the Role
This Physiotherapist Grade 1 role provides an ideal start to your career in a supportive regional health service. Based at Grampians Health Stawell, you will gain broad clinical exposure across acute inpatient, outpatient and aged care settings, supported by structured clinical supervision and a strong interdisciplinary team.
The role focuses on developing core clinical skills, building confidence, and supporting long-term career growth through internal education, early careers programs and opportunities to explore specialist clinical areas.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy care across clinical rotations
• Participate in structured supervision and professional development
• Contribute to interdisciplinary assessment and care planning
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support quality improvement and service initiatives
• Work in line with Grampians Health values and standards
Skills & Experience
• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Interest in regional and rural healthcare
• Commitment to interdisciplinary teamwork
• Current driver’s licence
