Permanent Part Time - 38 hours per fortnight
About the Role
Join a supportive Social Work team in a newly created leadership role at Stawell. You will lead clinical practice across inpatient services, with some outpatient and community work. This role offers the opportunity to shape its direction in partnership with senior leaders while supporting complex care and discharge planning. You will work closely with Allied Health teams to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide advanced clinical leadership across services
• Deliver expert support for complex cases
• Supervise and mentor staff and students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Develop and review care models and programs
• Drive service improvement and innovation
Skills & Experience
• Social Work degree; eligible for AASW membership
• Strong clinical leadership and decision-making
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Teamwork across multidisciplinary settings
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and practice
